The Demo CD will allow you to explore a trial version of e-Friends for 45 days. It runs on Windows® 98, Windows® 2000, Windows® NT & XP and is self-loading.
You may click on the Tutorial, Tour Guide and Video Clip from the displayed screen. The Tutorial is a great place to start before you explore the Trial Version. A sound card and speakers are needed to hear the audio during the tutorial. Screen resolution should be at least 1024*798 pixels for optimum viewing.
If you would like to spend more time with the e-Friends evaluation after your trial version has expired, please ask us. We will send you a utility program that allows you to extend the trial for another 45 days.

Included in your software purchase is professional remote installation of the software and training of you and your staff via telephone and internet.
A technician who comes to your practice for personalized installation and training is also available at additional cost.

Standard data conversion fields for all current software includes:
- All Client Information
- All Patient Information
- Balance Information(Aged balances are not converted, however, balances due at time of conversion are converted to e-Friends)
- Item Information(Service & Inventory)
- Reminder Information
Depending on the file structure of your existing software, other data fields may be converted to e-Friends on a case-by-case basis.
We will do an initial conversion for your approval. If everything is good then we will set a date to grab your most recent data, we will convert your data overnight and install it the next morning. You will be good to go! If the initial conversion is not to your satisfaction then we will redo it as many times as needed until you are completely satisfied with the results. |
